Problem
The Usta platform required a centralized administration system that would allow the management team to control its operations without relying on disconnected tools. With multiple user types, including customers, artisans, and administrators, managing orders, payments, withdrawals, complaints, reviews, marketing, and permissions required a unified and structured solution. The platform also needed clear visibility into operational performance through analytics and reporting, while remaining flexible enough to scale as the platform grows.
Solution
**Usta Admin Panel** was developed as a centralized Flutter-based administration platform, providing the management team with a complete set of tools to operate and control the services marketplace from a single dashboard. The solution includes customer and artisan management, order and service request tracking, payments and withdrawals, categories, complaints and reviews, notifications, marketing campaigns, coupons, referrals, and rewards. It also introduces reporting and analytics capabilities, role-based access control, and a dedicated AI module to support operational workflows and provide intelligent insights.
Architecture
The project follows a **Feature-Based Modular Architecture**, with the platform divided into independent modules based on business capabilities such as users, orders, payments, marketing, notifications, reports, and administration. **GetX** is used for state management, routing, and dependency injection, while core services, the data layer, layouts, and feature modules are kept separated. API communication is handled through **Dio**, with GetStorage used for local persistence, fl_chart for data visualization and analytics, and intl for localization and internationalization.
Challenges
One of the main challenges was organizing a large number of operational workflows inside a single administration dashboard while keeping every module easy to access and maintain. The platform also required handling multiple user types and their related data, including customers, artisans, orders, payments, and withdrawals, while providing a role and permission system that could control administrator access. Another challenge was designing a flexible architecture that could accommodate new features without tightly coupling the existing modules, while maintaining good performance and a clear experience for a data-intensive administration dashboard.
Results
Usta gained a unified administration system that provides centralized visibility and control over the platform's core operations. User management, orders, payments, withdrawals, marketing, complaints, reviews, and reporting are organized into dedicated modules, making the system easier to maintain and extend. The RBAC system provides a structured foundation for administrator access control, while analytics, reporting, and notification capabilities give the management team better tools for monitoring operations and supporting administrative decision-making.
