Problem
Users often need multiple Islamic tools such as Quran reading, Azkar, prayer times, Qibla direction, and Tasbeeh. The challenge was to bring these features together in one application while keeping the core experience fast and available offline.
Solution
A unified Flutter application was developed to combine Quran, Tafseer, Azkar, Hadith, Tasbeeh, prayer times, and Qibla functionality. Core content is bundled locally for offline access, while prayer times and Qibla are calculated using the device's location and sensors. Local notifications provide timely prayer and reminder alerts.
Architecture
The project follows a Feature-First Clean Architecture. Each major capability is isolated into its own feature, while shared services such as notifications, settings, middleware, and routing are centralized inside the Core layer. GetX handles reactive state management, dependency injection, and navigation.
Challenges
Major challenges included creating a reliable offline experience for Quran and Tafseer content, handling device sensors for accurate Qibla calculations, obtaining location data for prayer calculations, and scheduling notifications correctly across different time zones and device states.
Results
The result is a complete, fast, and modular Islamic application that brings essential daily tools into one platform. It provides offline access to core content, dynamic prayer calculations, an interactive Qibla compass, and a smart Tasbeeh experience, while maintaining a scalable foundation for future features.
